I was looking over my neglected blog, and realized my last post was almost a year ago. A lot has happened in a year. Right now, newborn sessions have taken front and center. I'm still doing any kind of session (in fact, I'm shoot a wedding today!), but I feel my babies are best. Here are a few favorites from the past couple of months.

- "Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” -Aaron Siskind My mind works in photographs. I am constantly looking at the ordinary and seeing the extraordinary potential that is locked within. My camera is a tool that allows me to show others what my mind sees. It is my intention as a photographer to capture the extraordinary moments, whether silly or serious. The beauty of nature, the ornery smirk on a child’s face, a moment between two people truly in love, the first moments of life. All ordinary moments made extraordinary through a photograph; a way to travel back in time years from now and relive the moment. I would love to capture your moment.

WOW! It's Been a Long Time...
I forgot my password to my blog, and just kind of forgot about it. I came across the password while cleaning some folders out. I had a little time, so thought I would update it a little. More photos can be found on my Facebook page. "Courtney Morgan Photography"
First up, my beautiful cousin, Bri.

And LOTS of newborns (my favorite thing to do...)
Throw in some babies and toddlers...
Last but not lease, some family sessions...
There's even been a few weddings, engagements, and maternity sessions, but this post is already big enough. I'll try to do better at keeping up with it all. Until next time... :)
